Lifetime Limited Warranty
Paragon Faucets warrants that all faucet products purchased from authorized sellers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the original consumer owner of the property in which the product was first installed.
Warranty Coverage
- This warranty applies only to the original residential purchaser and is valid only while the product remains installed in its original place of use in a single-family home or residence.
- For commercial, multi-family residential, or rental property installations, the warranty is limited to 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Paragon Faucets warrants all mechanical parts and finishes (excluding electronic components) under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original owner.
- Electronic parts, sensors, and batteries are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.
- The warranty covers only defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, exposure to harsh chemicals or conditions, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
What Is Not Covered
- Labor, removal, installation, or shipping costs associated with repair or replacement.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, water conditions beyond municipal standards (such as extreme hardness or corrosiveness), or use of non-genuine parts.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, finish wear, or discoloration not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or gray market sources.
- Any consequential, incidental, or special damages related to product failure or use.
What Paragon Will Do
- Paragon Faucets will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge during the applicable warranty period.
- If repair or replacement is not feasible, Paragon may refund the original purchase price upon return of the product.
- All warranty remedies limit Paragon’s maximum liability to the original purchase price of the product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
- The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase including model number and purchase date.
- Warranty claims should include photo or video evidence illustrating the defect.
- Customers should contact Paragon Faucets directly through our website or customer service line to initiate a warranty claim.
- Products must not be modified or repaired by unauthorized parties, or warranty may be voided.

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser.
- Registration of the product after purchase may provide expedited service options.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state or country.
